Questions, bug reports, privacy requests, moderation reports, and account problems all go to one address.

Email is currently the only way to reach us. There is no in-site support widget, report button, or ticketing system yet, so please write to the address below and we will read it.

Pick a subject line

Using one of these subject lines helps route your message:

  • Account Help Login problems, missing verification emails, password resets, or a locked-out account.
  • Report a User Spam, harassment, hateful content, or anything that breaks the Community Guidelines. Include links to the skin, comment, or profile.
  • Privacy Request Access, correction, deletion, or questions about the Privacy Policy.
  • Child Privacy A parent or guardian reporting an account held by someone under 13.
  • IP Complaint A copyright or trademark concern about content on the site. See Terms of Service, Section 8.
  • Bug Report Something on the site is broken. Tell us the page, what you did, and what happened.

What to include

  • Your username, if the message is about your account.
  • Links or the exact names of any skins, comments, or profiles involved.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead, for bug reports.
  • Screenshots if they help. Keep them small — the mailbox is not a file transfer service.

What to expect

PizzaCube is a small, independently run, self-hosted project rather than a company with a support team. Messages are read manually, so a reply can take several days, and there is no guaranteed response time or 24/7 coverage. Abuse reports, privacy requests, and account lockouts are prioritized.

We do not run a marketing list and will not add you to one. We only reply to what you send.

How your message is handled

[email protected] is not hosted on our own mail server. Mail sent to it is received by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a Microsoft Outlook mailbox that we monitor, so Cloudflare and Microsoft process your message in addition to us. This is described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

We never ask for your password, an email verification link, or a password-reset link. Do not send those, and treat any message that requests them as suspicious.
