Terms of Service
The rules for using PizzaCube.net, what happens to the content you post, and how the Service may change.
Effective date: October 31, 2026
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PizzaCube.net and the Minecraft skin editor, community skins, player skins, profiles, comments, notifications, and related features we make available (the "Service"). The Service is operated under the PizzaCube.net name. In these Terms, "PizzaCube," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of PizzaCube.net.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. These Terms are effective on the date shown at the top of the document.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to or use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines by reference. If you do not follow these Terms or the Community Guidelines, we may remove content or restrict your access as described below.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Account registration
You may create an account by providing a username, email address, and password. You must verify your email address before you can log in and use account features. Usernames must be 3–24 characters, may contain only letters, numbers, and underscores, and must not be reserved, misleading, or infringing.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn that an account was created by someone who does not meet this age requirement, we may restrict access and/or remove the account and associated content. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to the extent permitted by law.
Email delivery and notices
We send verification, password-reset, password-change, and other account notices through our email provider, Resend, using the sending domain pizzacube.net. You are responsible for keeping a working email address on your account and for making sure messages from pizzacube.net are not blocked or filtered by your email provider. If our messages cannot be delivered, you may be unable to verify your account, log in, or reset your password, and we do not currently offer another way to receive those messages. Notices are considered delivered when we send them to the address on your account.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or use a username or profile that infringes another person's rights.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. Use a strong, unique password, log out on shared devices, and notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Multiple accounts and account abuse
You may not create or use accounts to evade a suspension, restriction, rate limit, CAPTCHA, or moderation action; to spam or harass others; or to manipulate likes, favorites, comments, or other Service features. We may limit or remove accounts that we reasonably believe are being used for those purposes.
Username and email changes
The current Service does not provide a self-service way to change your username or email address. You can change your password, profile picture, About Me text, and Favorites privacy setting in account settings. Requests to correct account information can be sent to [email protected]; we may require identity verification.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or target another person.
- Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, or excessively violent content.
- Post content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
- Impersonate another person or falsely claim an affiliation.
- Upload malware, malicious files, or content designed to disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or restricted areas.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
- Bypass or interfere with rate limits, CAPTCHA, authentication, CSRF protection, or other security controls.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools in a way that burdens the Service or bypasses restrictions.
- Spam comments or other features, post unsolicited advertising, or repeatedly post irrelevant content.
- Manipulate likes, favorites, comments, or popularity metrics, including through multiple accounts or automated activity.
- Circumvent a suspension, account restriction, or content removal.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action described in these Terms. We are not required to monitor every submission, but we may review and act on reports or detected abuse.
4. User-Generated Content
You keep ownership
You retain ownership of the skins, artwork, titles, tags, comments, profile text, profile pictures, and other content you create and submit to the Service ("Your Content"), subject to any rights held by others.
PizzaCube does not claim ownership of Your Content. These Terms do not transfer your copyright or other ownership rights to us.
License to operate the Service
By submitting content, and by publishing content publicly, you grant PizzaCube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, modify, and otherwise process Your Content as reasonably necessary to:
- Store and display drafts and published skins.
- Generate previews, thumbnails, and rendered images.
- Convert, normalize, resize, or reformat uploaded files, including converting images to the 64×64 PNG format used by the Service.
- Display titles, tags, profile information, comments, replies, likes, favorites, and notifications.
- Make published skins available to visitors for viewing, downloading, and opening in the editor.
- Cache, back up, and distribute content through our hosting, storage, and network providers.
- Enforce these Terms, respond to legal requests, and protect the Service and its users.
This license is limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Service. It does not give us the right to sell Your Content as a standalone product or to claim authorship of it. The license continues for published content that remains on the Service after account deletion, as described in Section 5.
Public content
Published skins, titles, tags, profile information, comments, and public Favorites are visible to visitors and may be indexed by search engines or copied by others. Published skins can be downloaded and opened in the editor by visitors. Downloading a published skin does not transfer ownership of it. Visitors may use a downloaded skin for personal Minecraft use and for remixing on PizzaCube, but may not claim ownership of it or commercially exploit it unless the creator gives permission. Do not publish content you want to keep confidential.
Private drafts
Drafts are intended to be private to your account. They are still stored on our servers and processed as part of the Service. Drafts are not a permanent backup service. We do not guarantee that drafts will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable. Keep your own copies of important work.
Your representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You own Your Content or have all permissions, licenses, and rights needed to submit and publish it.
- Your Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Your Content does not violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
- If Your Content depicts another person, you have any consent or permission required by law.
- Your Content does not contain malicious code or unlawful material.
You are responsible for Your Content and for any consequences of publishing it.
Our right to remove content
We may remove or restrict access to content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the law, or the rights of another person; that creates a security or legal risk; or that is otherwise harmful to the Service. We may do this without prior notice.
5. Content Retention After Account Deletion
You can delete your account from your profile settings. You must confirm your password and acknowledge that deletion cannot be undone. You can choose one of three options for your published content.
Option 1: Keep published skins and comments
Your account is anonymized, and your username and email address are released. Your published skins and comments remain available under the name "Deleted User." The internal account record and identifier may remain so that retained content can be attributed to an author record, but your username, email address, password, profile picture, bio, About Me text, login IP history, and active credentials are removed or cleared.
Because retained content remains on the Service, the license in Section 4 continues for that content, including the right to store, display, and distribute it under "Deleted User."
Option 2: Keep published skins, but delete comments
Your published skins remain available under "Deleted User." Your comments are removed. If one of your top-level comments has replies from other users, the comment may remain as a "This comment was deleted." placeholder so that the discussion thread remains intact. The placeholder is not attributed to your old username. It retains only the internal record needed to preserve the thread.
The license in Section 4 continues for your retained published skins, but not for comments that are removed or replaced by a placeholder.
Option 3: Delete published skins and comments too
Your published skins are removed. Comment threads attached to those skins are removed, along with related notifications, likes, and favorites. Your own comments on other users' skins are also removed. If a top-level comment has replies from other users, it may remain as a "This comment was deleted." placeholder so that the replies are not orphaned. A placeholder is removed when its last reply is deleted.
The license in Section 4 ends for content that is removed, except that we may retain and use information as required for backups, legal compliance, security, or the preservation of discussion threads as described above.
Always removed
In all three cases, we remove your private drafts, your own likes and favorites (including likes and favorites of player skins), your notification inbox, your role links, and consumed token records. We clear your password, email, username, profile picture, bio, About Me text, login IP history, login count, and active status. Existing sessions are invalidated. Notifications that other users received about your comments or skins may remain in their inboxes and will refer to you as "Deleted User" or show a deleted-comment excerpt.
Username and email reuse
After deletion, your old username and email address may be registered again by someone else. Retained content is displayed as "Deleted User" and is not reattributed to a new account that later uses the same username.
Copies and backups
Deletion from the active Service does not guarantee deletion from every backup, search-engine cache, third-party copy, or other user's saved copy. Backups may contain deleted information until they are replaced or deleted under our operational practices. We do not guarantee that every backup is immediately updated.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other original material are owned by PizzaCube or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our branding or original material without permission, except as allowed by law or by these Terms.
You retain ownership of Your Content as described in Section 4. You may not use another person's copyrighted material, trademark, or other proprietary material without permission or a valid legal exception.
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact us at [email protected]; see "Intellectual-property complaints" in Section 8.
7. Minecraft and Mojang Disclaimer
PizzaCube is an unofficial, independent Minecraft-related project. PizzaCube is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Minecraft and related names, logos, and assets are trademarks or copyrighted works of Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of Minecraft or any Minecraft assets. Any use of Minecraft-related names or imagery is for identification and descriptive purposes only.
Player skins and profile information are retrieved from Mojang's public APIs. Mojang and Microsoft do not operate, support, or endorse the Service, and they are not responsible for its content or availability.
8. Moderation and Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- Remove or edit comments.
- Remove or disable access to skins, tags, profile content, or other submissions.
- Restrict or disable features.
- Suspend, disable, or terminate accounts.
- Remove usernames or profile information that violate these Terms or the rights of others.
- Block access to the Service or specific content.
- Preserve and disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the Service, users, or the public.
Moderation may be performed manually. Our administrator tools currently support editing and deleting comments; other moderation actions may require direct server or database administration. Response times may vary.
We do not promise a warning system, a particular enforcement sequence, or an appeal process. We may offer warnings or accept appeals at our discretion, but we are not required to do so.
Intellectual-property complaints
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "IP Complaint" and include:
- Identification of the work or right you say is infringed.
- Enough information for us to find the material — for example the skin title, username, comment, and page URL.
- A short explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- Your name, contact email, and a statement that the information you provided is accurate.
We review complaints manually and may remove or disable access to the reported material. We may tell the user who posted it that it was removed, and we may ask you for more information before acting. We do not guarantee a particular response time. Submitting a knowingly false or misleading complaint may cause us to decline to act on later complaints from you and may expose you to liability under applicable law.
9. Availability and Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time.
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Third-party services such as Mojang's APIs, Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare's network and Tunnel, Resend email delivery, and Google Fonts may fail or change. Our domain, DNS, proxying, and TLS also depend on Cloudflare. Player skin data may be unavailable, outdated, or inaccurate. The editor and preview tools may produce unexpected results.
Self-hosted infrastructure and availability
The Service does not run on a managed cloud platform. It runs on a physical server that we own and operate ourselves in a private location, and it is reached over an outbound Cloudflare Tunnel rather than from a redundant, professionally hosted environment. Availability therefore depends on that equipment, the power and internet connectivity available at its location, hardware health, operating-system and application maintenance, and Cloudflare's network and Tunnel service. Downtime, maintenance windows, hardware failure, power or internet interruptions, and provider-side incidents may make the Service unavailable for hours or longer, with or without notice. We do not offer an uptime commitment, service-level agreement, or guaranteed recovery time, and we are not obligated to maintain any backup copy of your content.
We do not guarantee that drafts, published skins, comments, or other content will be preserved. Keep your own copies of important work and do not rely on the Service as your only backup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PizzaCube and its operator, contributors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. The Service is currently provided without charge.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account through your profile settings. Account deletion is described in Section 5 and is subject to the choices and limitations described there.
We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account or access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law; created a security or legal risk; or used the Service in a way that harms PizzaCube, its users, or others. We may also remove content associated with your account.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions about ownership, licenses for retained content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on PizzaCube.net with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, a new effective date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice by email or on the Service. We do not currently operate a separate automated notification system for Terms changes.
Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
13. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms do not create any mandatory arbitration requirement or class-action waiver.
